SkyHostings Refund Policy

Effective Date: Immediately

At SkyHostings, we strive to deliver reliable, high-performance hosting solutions with full transparency. Our refund policy is designed to be simple and fair to all customers.

General Overview 

Refunds may be granted solely under predefined conditions and are not guaranteed unless the request adheres to all criteria mentioned below:

Eligibility Window: Refunds are applicable only if requested within 4 (four) hours from the timestamp of successful payment processing. Requests submitted beyond this time frame are automatically disqualified.

Scope: This 4-hour refund window applies to all services, including but not limited to:

  1. Shared Hosting
  2. Game Server Hosting
  3. Miscellaneous Web Services & Custom Plans

    Requests made after the 4-hour period are considered ineligible, regardless of service usage or activation status.

*VPS services are non-refundable under any circumstances, including but not limited to:
provisioning delays, misconfigurations, or unused time.*

   Non-Refundable Services / Exceptions 

The following services, product categories, and conditions are expressly non-refundable, irrespective of time elapsed, technical status, or end-user rationale:

  • VPS Infrastructure (Virtual Private Servers) — Exempt from refundability under all conditions, including partial activation or provisioning failure.

  • Domain Registrations, renewals, and associated DNS services

  • Governmental or Gateway-imposed levies, including GST and surcharge deductions

  • Accounts suspended, blacklisted, or terminated for ToS or AUP violations, intentional or accidental


SkyHostings reserves exclusive and unilateral authority to determine refund ineligibility in the presence of suspected policy circumvention or abuse.

Reimbursement Pathway & Deductions 

  • Refunds, if sanctioned, will be issued via original payment method; no alternate modes (e.g., wallet credits, manual bank deposits) will be entertained unless explicitly required by gateway failure.

  • A processing surcharge of 5% of the transaction total OR ₹25 INR, whichever is greater, shall be deducted without exception.

  • Standard processing window: up to 7 (seven) business days, exclusive of holidays, backend failures, or payment gateway disputes.
